The AI control tower
See everything.
Miss nothing.
Echo Sense is an AI-native supply-chain control tower with an agentic copilot. It unifies real-time, multi-modal visibility (air, ocean, rail, and road) into one global control tower, then helps your team detect and resolve exceptions before they become disruptions. IoT telemetry, predictive ETAs, carrier scorecards, a digital twin, and a carbon dashboard sit on a single layer, so you stop stitching point tools together and start operating from one decision surface.
Explainable by design. Every alert, prediction, and recommendation shows its work, so your team can trust it, defend it, and act on it.
Vendor-agnostic IoT ingestion · Multi-modal (air, ocean, rail, road) · One control tower, not three dashboards · Human-in-the-loop on every recommended action
Agentic AI · Early access
The control tower that does not just flag the exception. It works it.
Echo Sense is adding an agentic layer that turns the copilot from an adviser into an operator that prepares the entire resolution for you. When an alert or temperature excursion fires, the exception-resolution agent does five things.
01
Diagnoses
The likely root cause, from the telemetry and shipment context.
02
Evaluates compliance
For a cold-chain excursion, it computes Mean Kinetic Temperature against USP <1079.2> and assesses whether the breach actually matters.
03
Drafts the paperwork
Assembles the deviation and a CAPA draft so the record is captured contemporaneously, not reconstructed later.
04
Proposes the resolution
A re-route, an expedite, a customer notification, or a claim, with the reasoning attached.
05
Waits for you
Nothing consequential happens until a person approves it.
Agentic, on your terms.
This is act-with-approval by default, not autonomy.
Human-in-the-loop
On every cost-incurring or regulated action.
Explainable
Each proposed action shows the signals and logic behind it.
Guardrailed
Limits you set on impact, spend, and which actions may auto-run. Fails closed.
Audited
Every agent action written to the same tamper-evident, hash-chained trail as everything else.
Status: early access
In design-partner validation. We are proving the agent on real exceptions with humans approving every step before we widen what it is allowed to do on its own. We do not present it as fully autonomous or generally available.
The problem
By the time the dashboard lights up, the loss has already happened.
Most supply-chain teams do not lack data. They are drowning in it. Telemetry lives in one vendor's portal, ETAs in another, customs paperwork in a third, and carrier performance in a spreadsheet someone updates on Fridays. When something goes wrong, a delay, a re-route, a temperature breach, the alert arrives after the window to act has closed. And no two systems agree on what actually happened.
Visibility tools track, but do not act.
They show you the problem on a dashboard. Resolving it is still a manual scramble across tabs, emails, and phone calls.
Sensors log, but cannot reason.
A logger records a breach. It cannot tell you whether the breach mattered, what to do about it, or write up what happened.
Alert fatigue is real.
When everything is an alert, nothing is. Teams tune out the noise and miss the one exception that costs them.
The audit story is reconstructed after the fact.
From PDFs, screenshots, and memory, instead of being captured contemporaneously.
The market is moving from visibility to action. Echo Sense is built for that shift.
How it works
From raw telemetry to a decision you can defend, in one layer.
Echo Sense follows a simple maturity ladder. See, predict, decide, act.
01
See
Multi-modal IoT telemetry (air, ocean, rail, road) streams into one global control tower. Echo Sense is vendor-agnostic, so you keep the loggers and trackers you already run. We add the layer above them.
02
Predict
Predictive ETAs and exception detection open an intervention window before a delay or excursion turns into a loss. Every prediction shows the signals behind it.
03
Decide
The digital twin lets you simulate impact and trade-offs, while the AI copilot triages exceptions by severity, so your team works the issue that matters, not the loudest one.
04
Act
The copilot drafts the record, proposes the next step (a re-route, a notification, an escalation), and routes it for human approval. You stay in the loop on every recommended action. Nothing regulated happens without a person signing off.
Key capabilities
One platform for the whole network.
Everything below is built today. We describe what each capability does, not numbers we have not earned.
Global control tower
A single pane across every node, mode, and carrier. Manage exceptions in one place instead of reconciling three portals and a spreadsheet.
Multi-modal IoT visibility
Air, ocean, rail, and road telemetry unified into one feed. Vendor-agnostic ingestion means your existing IoT devices and trackers plug in.
Real-time alerting + AI copilot
Ask your supply chain questions in plain language. The copilot triages exceptions by severity, surfaces context, and proposes resolutions, with the reasoning shown, not hidden.
Carrier scorecard
Objective, data-driven carrier performance ranking. Replace anecdotes and the blame game with a consistent record of how each carrier actually performs.
Digital twin
Simulate "what-if" scenarios (lane disruptions, capacity shocks, risk hotspots) before they hit your real network.
Carbon dashboard
Emissions visibility per shipment, structured to support Scope 3 reporting workflows.
Edge device management
Provision, monitor, and manage the IoT devices feeding the tower from inside the same platform.
Explainable AI throughout
Not agent-washing. Every prediction and recommendation exposes its drivers so your team can audit it and defend it in the room where decisions get made.
The category
Visibility tracks. Sensors log. Echo Sense acts.
There are three things people call a "control tower," and they are not the same.
Legacy control tower
A dashboard that shows you problems.
Visibility platform
A feed that tracks shipments.
Echo Sense, the AI control tower
An AI-native layer that detects, decides, and helps you act, with the reasoning shown and a human in the loop.
An AI control tower is an AI-native operating layer that unifies real-time supply-chain visibility, predicts disruptions, and helps teams resolve exceptions through an agentic copilot. Static dashboards replaced with decisions you can act on and defend.
Most platforms plateau at visibility or prediction. Echo Sense is built to close the loop. Predict the disruption, simulate the impact on the digital twin, and put a recommended resolution in front of the right person, with the "why" attached. That is the difference between a tool that shows you the problem and a system that helps you fix it.
And because every output is explainable, you are never asked to trust a black box. You see the signals, the logic, and the trade-offs. That is exactly what it takes to put an AI system into a workflow that real money and real compliance depend on.
Cold-chain & pharma · Early access
Built for the regulated cold chain. Validating it with design partners now.
Status: early access
The cold-chain compliance capabilities below are built and in active validation with design partners. We are framing them honestly: they are not yet presented as proven, customer-validated results. If regulated cold chain is your world, this is the moment to shape the product. Join as a design partner.
Generic visibility treats temperature as one more data field. For pharma, biologics, and regulated perishables, temperature is the business. A breach is a quality event, a documentation burden, and an audit exposure all at once.
Echo Sense is being built to treat compliance as a data type, not a quarterly report. In the platform today, and now under design-partner validation:
Mean Kinetic Temperature (MKT)
Computed per USP <1079.2> methodology from continuous telemetry, with rolling excursion evaluation so you can see whether a breach actually matters.
GDP-aligned excursion records
Audit-oriented, with chain-of-custody, designed to be captured contemporaneously rather than reconstructed after the fact.
21 CFR Part 11-oriented audit export
Designed for immutable, inspection-ready trails.
Ultra-cold and multi-mode handling
From biologics tolerances to reefer ocean, air ULD, and last-mile cold chain, in one control tower.
Carrier scorecards on cold-chain performance
Ranked on data, not anecdotes.
Honest note on validation. These capabilities are built into the product and are being put through real-world validation with design partners and pharma quality SMEs before we present them as proven outcomes. We will publish validated results, and the proof behind them, as that work completes.
Integrations
Works with the systems and devices you already run.
Echo Sense is vendor-agnostic by design. It connects through open APIs and is built to ingest telemetry from existing IoT loggers and trackers, so you consolidate your visibility stack instead of adding another silo to it.
Available today
Open APIs for ingestion and integration. Vendor-agnostic IoT and edge device ingestion across air, ocean, rail, and road.
On the roadmap
Additional prebuilt connectors for ERP, carrier, and ocean partners.
Honesty note: we publish the live-vs-roadmap split rather than displaying a wall of partner logos. A logo appears here only when that integration is genuinely live.
Proof
Proof, coming as our design partners go live.
Echo Sense is onboarding design partners now. We will add customer logos, named case studies, and specific, validated metrics here only once a customer or design partner has confirmed them and consented to be referenced, with the source noted. Until then, this section stays honest about where we are.
ROI
Model the impact on your own numbers.
Use the Echo Sense ROI calculator to estimate impact using your inputs. Your volumes, your exception rates, your costs. We do not preload it with figures we would like you to believe; it computes on the data you enter, so the output is yours to inspect and challenge.
See it on your supply chain
