Agentic AI
From software that informs to software that acts.
Aelix Agents turn every platform in the suite from a system you operate into a system that works alongside you. Autonomous agents that gather context, reason over your data, take the routine actions, and escalate the judgment calls to a human. Orchestrated inside your perimeter, and audited on every step.
What "agentic" means at Aelix
A goal, real tools, the judgment to sequence them, and a boundary it will not cross.
Most "AI features" stop at a recommendation. An agent closes the loop. It has a goal, a set of tools (your real product APIs), the judgment to sequence them, and a boundary it will not cross without a human. Three principles make that safe for regulated finance.
Tool-using, not free-roaming.
Agents act only through governed Aelix APIs. Score a transaction, draft a SAR, propose a rebalance, route a claim. Every tool call is permissioned and logged, exactly like a human user's.
Human-in-the-loop by default.
Agents prepare the work and stop at the decision. A person approves anything that moves money, files with a regulator, or touches a customer. Unless you explicitly raise an agent's autonomy for a low-risk task.
Auditable by construction.
Every agent run (its inputs, reasoning summary, tool calls, and outcome) lands in the same tamper-evident audit trail as the rest of the platform. An examiner sees what the agent did and why.
An open, transparent orchestration layer. Agents are built as visual, self-hostable workflows that run on-prem alongside the product. No black-box agent runtime. You can see every step, swap the underlying model, add an approval gate, or wire in an internal system, without a code release. The agent logic is versioned, portable, and yours.
The agents
Six platforms. Eighteen agents.
One platform card per product, three named agents each. Each agent maps to a concrete workflow already on the platform.

Aelix CreditFlow
Lending and credit AI
Underwriting Copilot. Pulls the application, runs scoring and the rules engine, checks documents, and drafts a decision with reason codes for the credit officer to approve.
Document Chase Agent. Detects missing stipulations and runs the borrower follow-up loop until the file is complete.
Portfolio Watch Agent. Monitors concentration and breach signals, and opens a remediation task when a limit drifts.

Aelix CoreLink
Infrastructure and API gateway
Reconciliation Agent. Investigates breaks and drift between the ledger and source systems, proposes the matching entries, and flags true exceptions.
Payment Exception Agent. Triages failed or held payments, gathers the rail response, and recommends retry, reroute, or refund.
Incident & Failover Agent. Watches rail health and drafts the failover runbook for an operator to confirm.

Aelix Propel
WealthTech and investment AI
Portfolio Drift & TLH Agent. Scans for drift and tax-loss-harvesting opportunities and prepares mandate-checked rebalancing proposals for the advisor to sign off.
Proposal Drafting Agent. Assembles a personalized, compliance-checked client proposal from the model portfolio and risk profile.
Client Outreach Agent. Drafts proactive, suitability-aware outreach when a portfolio or life event warrants it.

Aelix Vantage
Customer intelligence
Resolution Agent. Handles routine customer requests end to end across channels, escalating with full context when it hits its boundary.
Next-Best-Action Agent. Turns a customer signal into a scored, personalized action and orchestrates it through the journey.
Win-Back Agent. Detects churn risk and runs a retention play, drafting the offer for approval.

Aelix Guardian
RegTech and compliance
Alert Triage Agent. Enriches a financial-crime alert with the entity graph, sanctions screen, and transaction history, then recommends close, escalate, or file.
SAR Drafting Agent. Assembles the narrative and maps FinCEN fields from the case, leaving sign-off and signature to the BSA officer.
KYC Remediation Agent. Works periodic-review and refresh gaps, requesting documents and re-screening on a schedule.

Aelix Assurance
InsurTech automation
Claims Adjudication Agent. Runs FNOL to extraction to triage to fraud score and auto-settles the clean claims, routing the rest with a recommendation.
FNOL Intake Agent. Conducts the first-notice conversation, validates documents, and opens a structured claim.
Fraud Investigation Agent. Builds the SIU case file (linked claims, anomalies, prior history) for an investigator to act on.
How it works
Trigger, gather, reason, stop at the boundary, log.
A trigger fires.
A new claim, a flagged transaction, a portfolio drift, a customer message. The product emits an event, or the agent runs on a schedule.
The agent gathers context.
Using governed Aelix API tools, it reads the relevant data. The case, the ledger, the portfolio, the customer 360.
It reasons and acts.
The agent sequences tool calls to accomplish the goal. Score, draft, match, propose.
It stops at the boundary.
Anything consequential pauses for human approval in the product's existing queue. Low-risk steps complete autonomously per your policy.
Everything is logged.
The run, its tool calls, and the outcome are written to the platform audit trail, with the agent identified as the actor.
Governance and trust
The controls that make agentic safe for regulated finance.
Permissioned identity.
Each agent runs as a scoped service identity with least-privilege RBAC. It can only do what you grant.
Approval gates.
Configurable per workflow. Which actions auto-complete, which wait for a named role.
Full observability.
The orchestration execution log plus the Aelix audit trail give you a replayable record of every run.
Model-portable.
The reasoning model is a swappable component. Run a local model on-prem for data residency, or a hosted frontier model where policy allows.
Kill switch and guardrails.
Rate limits, allow-listed tools, and a per-agent disable control are built in.
What ships first
Honest tiering. Autonomy is earned per task after it is measured.
Foundation (now in build).
A self-hosted agent orchestration layer wired into each platform, a governed agent-tool API surface, event triggers, the human-in-the-loop approval pattern, and audit capture of agent runs.
First agents per platform.
The highest-value workflow for each product (for example, Guardian Alert Triage, Assurance Claims Adjudication, CreditFlow Underwriting Copilot) shipped as versioned, configurable workflows.
Roadmap.
Broader agent libraries, raised autonomy for proven low-risk tasks, multi-agent orchestration, and a marketplace of installable workflows. Autonomy is earned per task after it is measured. We do not ship "fully autonomous" as a slogan.
